For a single challenge, you can only submit once within 24 h and 5 times within 7 days. This policy holds for the entire group/institution. Thus, you are not allowed to use multiple accounts from members of the same group/institution to circumvent this policy. Note that we block entire groups from submitting to the evaluation server if these conditions are violated.
